FOUNDER, STRATEGY & TAX SPECIALIST

Cassandra Tyagi, CPA, founded Tyagi Group in 2020 after having an amazing experience with their health team and wanted to give back to the health industry.

While their Chiropractor was talking about opening up their own clinic, Cas couldn’t stop talking about all the things they had learned through CPA training that they knew would help the business operate better⁠!

Bhisham Tyagi

VP of BOOKKEEPING & FINANCIAL REPORTING

Bhisham completed his bachelor’s degree (BBA) major in Finance in India before moving to Canada and completing his postgraduate education in financial services.

He has always been a part of Tyagi Group - at least by name! As the business continued to expand, he worked closely with his spouse, Cas, to make sure client quality is never compromised. He has expanded the bookkeeping team and is learning to embrace the balance of work and life always including his spouse.

Stephanie Ho Mark, CPA

SENIOR DIRECTOR, TAX SERVICES

Steph understands firsthand the challenges small business owners face with tax filing from watching her father struggle with his accounting and bookkeeping in his small business.

She has 9-years of professional accounting experience in corporate and personal tax returns and tax planning and brings an immense amount of experience and knowledge to the team. She has joined the team as Director of Personal Tax Services, taking on the personal tax filing for all clients.
